Paweł Zyguła
Founder & CEO
Business coach and consultant, psychologist, entrepreneurial practitioner specialised in structuring companies and creating marketing strategies. For over thirty years, he has continuously founded his own businesses and brands, assisting other entrepreneurs in developing their ventures. He has executed projects commissioned by the Office of the President and the Prime Minister of Poland, as well as thousands of individual clients, institutions and companies, including Coca-Cola, RMF FM, Mercedes, Zepter, PepsiCo, Comarch, Petmex Company. His clients include businesspeople who have earned the prestigious "Forbes Diamonds" title. He has been the creator, owner or co-owner of brands such as Forteca, Nakaja Art – a pyrotechnic entertainment centre, Golden Mean – a development centre, Zdrowe Love – a franchise network with healthy food, Holistyka w Biznesie – comprehensive business support, Timber Moon – a producer of wooden houses, Finseka – a FinTech start-up, KOLIBRUM – Centre for Natural Therapies. The CEO and main shareholder of SAGAJA S.A. company that has been managing the GOLDEN MEAN Development Centre in Krakow, including a restaurant, conference hall, training rooms, and offices. He holds a degree in Applied Psychology from the Faculty of Management and Social Communication at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and is a member of Mensa. He is an enthusiast of cooking, fishing, and bushcraft. His passion is transforming unused spaces into paradisiacal gardens.
Violetta Zyguła
Head of the Wellness Department
Nutritionist, therapist, entrepreneur. She is a graduate of the Krakow University of Health Promotion and Biomassage School. Participant in numerous health-related courses. Owner of the LAWENDA beauty salon, and currently co-owner of KOLIBRUM – Centre for Natural Therapies. Her life mission is to help people return to health and inner harmony. She achieves this by combining natural methods from various areas of active body work, an individually selected diet, and teaching health-promoting behaviours. Her practise is based on functional medicine, which aims to understand the primary causes of illnesses and perceives the body as an integrated system. Privately, she loves animals and she's also an herbalist and nature enthusiast.
Marcin Ujejski
Member of the Supervisory Board
Chief Executive Officer of Blue Timber S.A. and its main shareholder, Member of the Board of BeLeaf S.A. In 2015, together with family, he founded the brand DrewnoDlaDomu. In 2018, Blue Timber SA and Oxygen Forest Poland sp z o.o. were established. In 2019, he successfully conducted the first share issue valuing Blue Timber at 10 million PLN. In the same year, he co-founded with a team the first plantation of fast-growing Paulownia trees, which quickly became an inspiration for scaling up the number of plantations. Currently, as CEO of BeLeaf S.A., Marcin is working on commercializing tree plantations for carbon footprint reduction towards Poland's Climate Neutral 2050 goals. He’s the author of the book Mathematical Formula for Success and an active stock market investor.
Steve Liebich
Member of the Supervisory Board
Molecular biologist, geneticist, scientist, writer, owner of several startups in the United States and Poland. Graduate of the American university Clarkson University, where he graduated early with honors, receiving a full scholarship. He began his medical studies at the age of 14. He made his literary debut at the age of 16, publishing the book "Paralysis". Author of numerous scientific publications in the fields of molecular biology, biogerontology and organic chemistry. Winner and organizer of many literary and scientific competitions. Creator and manager of many international and national research projects, including the start-up BAT-19, which is developing a universal therapeutic platform against respiratory viral diseases. Founder of the international biotechnology company Babu™, which strives to transform the world of science and business, while also contributing to positive social change around the world. CEO of several Babu™ subsidiaries, including BINOS™, which is creating an international scientific and aid network. In private, he devotes himself to deepening philosophy and cherishes his love of rock music.
Rafał Mirek
Member of the Supervisory Board
Agronomy engineer, graduate of the University of Agriculture in Krakow and the Krakow School of Business at the University of Economics in Krakow, where he completed postgraduate studies in real estate mediation and trading. Since 2010, he has held a professional license granted by the Minister of Infrastructure. For 14 years, he has been the owner of the Krakow Real Estate Agency DaVinci. Since 2022, he has been the CEO and shareholder of the international agency Starmak Invest. He participated in many high-value commercial and land transactions. He specializes in land acquisition, and his clients often appear in Forbes magazine. An enthusiast of year-round mountain hiking and an active, healthy lifestyle. In winter, his favourite sport is cross-country skiing, and in summer, he enjoys kayaking.
Wojciech Kremer
Legal department
Legal counsel running a law firm supporting entrepreneurs in economic activities. Specialized in civil law, including contract negotiation, hr successfully represents clients in court and arbitration proceedings. He has extensive experience in corporate law, including creating new structures and reorganizing existing entities, also resolving corporate disputes. Graduate of the Jagiellonian University – law department (grade very good), he also studied at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg. After completing his legal traineeship, he passed the examination with honours. Since continuous competence development is crucial in legal work, Wojciech completed post-graduate studies in English and European Union Law conducted by the Jagiellonian University and the British Law Centre, post-graduate studies in Accounting and taxes for the legal professions at the Krakow University of Economics, as well as a number of courses and trainings.
Kamila Cieszkowska
Human Resources and Accounting Department
Architect of accounting solutions, chief accountant, for 14 years owner of Podatnik P&K Cieszkowscy Accounting Office, substantive partner of SaldeoSmart, creator of 'Agile Accounting', initiator of innovations in accounting; she creates business solutions based on the Deming model. She is passionate about automation and created the first accounting robot. She runs an office serving 300 companies in Poland, focusing on trust and quality. Member of the National Chamber of Accountancy Offices and Accountants Association, she was a representative on the Programme Boards of Comarch Optima, a conference speaker, author of articles on SaldeoSmart. She holds a Certificate of the Minister of Finance, is a graduate of the Krakow University of Economics and has completed numerous courses in taxes and accounting.
Katarzyna Jucha
Design Department
Architect, co-owner and co-founder of the KJ Architekci design office, specialising in modern architecture. Ph.D. in engineering and technical sciences. In 1989, she graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the Krakow University of Technology. From 1996 to 2000, she pursued doctoral studies at the same university, participating in the Tempus Phare programme. She completed scientific internships in Venice (1997) and Seville (1998). From 1996 to 2004 she worked as an assistant lecturer at the Faculty of Architecture at the Krakow University of Technology, and since 2002 she has been a full member with design rights of the Lesser Poland Chamber of Architects. In 2005-2007, she was an assistant professor at the Faculty of Architecture, and in 2008-2009, at the Academy of Krakow. She received nominations in the SARP Competition (1997) and a Creative Scholarship of the City of Krakow (1999) for her overall creative achievements. The design of SAGAJA eco-resort was created by Katarzyna Jucha, Michal Jania and collaborators from KJ Architekci.
