2024-04-18We understand that people feel best in a natural environment. It sets the rhythm of our lives. We wake up with the rising sun, gain more optimism with the coming of spring. Mother Nature has always been an inspiration for art, especially architecture. Our eco-resort is a tribute to nature.
The fundamental aim of the project is to create conditions for work, relaxation, and life where people can take care of their physical health, develop their minds, and nurture their spiritual and social needs. To achieve these goals, we aim to operate comprehensively, offering valuable and delicious food, constructing ecological and comfortable homes, providing space for active leisure, entertainment, and social interactions—all with maximum energy and resource self-sufficiency in mind. Our eco-resort not only combines high-quality services and relaxation, health services, authenticity, and closeness to nature but also adds a holistic wellness element and promotes slow living.
Within our model, both business and individual guests will experience a holistic approach to health and well-being, combining advanced treatments such as spa and wellness, specialised therapeutic therapies, and direct contact with nature. We offer the opportunity to use products made on-site, participate in workshops related to mental, physical, and spiritual well-being, and experience natural healing and relaxation methods. For business clients, we will provide modern conference rooms, professional audio-visual equipment, and premium accommodation.
The eco-resort is situated in a circular plan, with zones radiating from the centre assigned to different areas. The central part is crowned by a fountain in the shape of a lotus flower, symbolising the blossoming of consciousness and the wisdom of coexistence in balance between humans and nature. It’s an excellent place for meetings and social activities. Surrounding the fountain are seven multi-coloured flowerbeds with flowers and sculptures.
Residential houses, industry, and public utility buildings are planned along the lines of branches, creating an irregular layout that harmoniously complements each other. The fluid and flowing shapes used in the design are pleasing to people. We naturally feel better in an organic environment than in a boxy and monumental places. This form of architecture creates a sense of unity with the surrounding world.
Despite the organic form of the city, we cannot speak of chaos here. The project has been divided based on individual functions, ensuring that the industrial area does not interfere with the residential zone. You won’t have to travel halfway across the city to catch your breath in a park. It’s an organism where life will be free from toxins.
